Join us in Bradford for the 2025 BSN Annual Meeting highlighting the latest neuroendocrinology research with a strong focus on our early-career researchers.

Our BSN Annual Meeting will take place at the University of Bradford, UK.

The conference starts with an Early Career Researcher (ECR) event on the afternoon of Sunday 31 August. The main conference runs from Monday 1st September to lunchtime Wednesday 3rd September. The meeting will include a conference dinner on Tuesday 2nd September.

About Bradford:

Bradford District is a city steeped in heritage and brimming with culture. It has one of the youngest populations of any city in Europe and is City of Culture for 2025.  A city made famous by its wool trade, Bradford now leads the way as a UNESCO City of Film, is home to a UNESCO World Heritage Site and boasts a number of world class visitor attractions. Registration Instructions

Early bird registration deadline is 30th June. Please log into your mySociety member account (if you are not a member then you can create a free account), then select ‘Book this event' at the top of the screen.

If you would like to attend the conference dinner please make sure to select this option when booking.   

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, and must be booked separately.

Before completing your booking, please indicate whether you have any dietary, accessibility, or other requirements on the right-hand side of the booking page when you submit your booking, or let us know at theteam@neuroendo.org.uk and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

New conference website with extra login-only features

After the success of our app last year we are using Oxford Abstracts as our conference website which is mobile friendly (so no need for an app this year). Once you have registered and been invited to log in you will be able to create an online name badge, ask questions via the website during symposia and more. We'll share further details nearer the time.

Abstract Submission

This year we will be using the Oxford Abstracts platform to accept all our conference submissions. Please note that you will need to create an Oxford Abstracts account before submitting your abstract.

Cancellation Policy

Please be aware of our cancellation and refund policy.

To cancel a booked place on an event, notice must be given by email to theteam@neuroendo.org.uk.

  • If you cancel at least 14 days prior to the date of the event you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 13 days prior to the date of the event you will receive an 80% refund.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of the date of the event you will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refund will be made for non-attendance.
